A three-hour course that introduces the project management methodology using Scrum. The training will give you an understanding of the basic principles of development using Scrum. You will learn terminology and understand the process of working in a team by participating in a training project review. You will understand what a productbacklog is, how to create a sprintbacklog, what a burndown chart is, and how team productivity is calculated.
